1.About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you visit dijestdesigns.com, buy anything from us, or use any template, digital product or service we provide. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy.
If a product page, quote or proposal sets out specific terms for that product or service, those specific terms apply alongside these Terms. If the two conflict, the specific terms apply for that product or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

The website and products are provided by Dijest Designs (Pty) Ltd ("Dijest Designs", "we", "us", "our"), a private company registered in South Africa.

Dijest Designs is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.
3.Our products and services
We sell:
- Kajabi templates: ready made page designs and themes (for example sales, opt-in, thank you and checkout pages) for use on the Kajabi platform, sold individually or as packages.
- GoHighLevel templates: funnels, websites, pages and related assets for the GoHighLevel platform, usually delivered as a snapshot or share link.
- Other digital products: such as guides, toolkits, checklists and online courses.
- Support services: optional paid help with installing, customising or setting up our templates.
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Screenshots and previews show the template with sample content and images. Your result will depend on your own content, platform settings and plan.
4.Orders and payment
- You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order.
- Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars (USD) or South African rand (ZAR). You pay the price shown at checkout. If your bank converts the amount to another currency, any conversion or foreign transaction fees are charged by your bank, not by us.
- Payments are processed securely by third party payment providers such as PayFast, TradeSafe or the provider shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and you receive our order confirmation. A contract between you and Dijest Designs is formed at that point.
- We may decline or cancel an order if a product was clearly listed at the wrong price, if payment fails, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
- Any discount or coupon applies only on the terms stated with it and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.Delivery policy
All of our products are digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping costs.
How you receive your purchase
- Kajabi templates: a download link to the template files and installation instructions, sent by email and shown on the order confirmation page.
- GoHighLevel templates: a snapshot or share link that you load into your own GoHighLevel account, with setup instructions.
- Courses and other digital products: login details, an access link or a download link, sent by email.
- Support services: carried out as agreed in your booking or quote.
When you receive it
Most products are delivered automatically straight after payment. Where delivery is manual, we deliver within 2 business days (South African business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
If your delivery does not arrive
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still have not received your purchase within 2 business days, email support@dijestdesigns.com with your order number and we will resend it. If we cannot deliver your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
Please make sure the email address you give at checkout is correct. Download links may expire after a period of time; if yours has expired, ask us and we will send a new one.
6.Your licence to use our templates
When you buy a template, you are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of the design. Unless the product page says otherwise, your licence works as follows.
You may
- Use the template for one business, brand or website (one Kajabi site or one GoHighLevel sub-account).
- Edit, customise and change the template as much as you like for that one business.
- Remove or hide the "Built by Dijest Designs" footer credit.
- If you are a freelancer or agency, install and customise it for one client, as long as that client is the end user of the licence.
You may not
- Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the template or its files, edited or unedited, including as part of your own template, theme, snapshot or product.
- Use one purchase across several businesses, sites or sub-accounts. Each one needs its own licence.
- Claim the original template design as your own work for resale.
Images, fonts or icons shown in previews may be sample content only and may not be included. Where third party assets are included, they are subject to their own licences.
Your licence ends if you receive a refund or if you break these licence terms. In that case you must stop using and delete the template.
7.Refund policy
Because templates and digital products can be copied once they are downloaded or accessed, they cannot be "returned" like physical goods. Our refund policy is built around that, while fully respecting your legal rights.
You are entitled to a refund if
- You have not downloaded or accessed your purchase and you ask within 7 days of purchase (see the cancellation policy below).
- The product is faulty or not as described and we cannot fix or replace it within a reasonable time after you report the problem.
- You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.
- We could not deliver your purchase.
Refunds are not available if
- You have downloaded, imported or accessed the product and simply changed your mind.
- The template does not work because of changes to, or limitations of, your own Kajabi or GoHighLevel plan, account or settings, or because of edits made after installation.
- You bought the wrong product, unless you contact us before downloading or accessing it.
- Support services have already been delivered.
Some courses or programmes have their own refund period, which is shown on the product page. Where a product page states a refund period, that period applies to that product.
How to request a refund
Email support@dijestdesigns.com with your name, order number and the reason for your request. If something is not working, please tell us what happened so we can try to fix it first. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most problems can be solved quickly by email.
8.Cancellation policy
Cancelling a product order
You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, without giving a reason and without penalty, as long as you have not yet downloaded, imported or accessed the product. Email support@dijestdesigns.com with your order number and we will refund you in full.
Once you have downloaded, imported or accessed a digital product, you can no longer cancel it for a change of mind, because the digital content has already been supplied to you. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Cancelling support services
- You may cancel a booked support session or service before work starts and receive a full refund.
- To reschedule a booked session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as used.
- If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work done up to that point and we refund the balance.
Cancelling subscriptions
If you buy anything we offer on a recurring basis, you may cancel at any time by emailing us or through your account. Cancellation stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order or service if we cannot provide it, if payment fails, or if these Terms are seriously breached. If we cancel for a reason that is not your fault, we refund you for anything not provided.
9.Support services
Each template comes with installation instructions. Unless the product page says otherwise, a purchase includes email help with questions about installing the template as supplied, for 30 days from purchase.
Customisation, design changes, content entry, integrations, automations and full setup are separate paid services. The price, scope and timing are agreed with you in writing before we start. To do this work, we may need access to your Kajabi or GoHighLevel account. You can give us limited access and remove it once the work is done, and we recommend that you do.
10.Third party platforms
Our templates are built for platforms owned by other companies, including Kajabi and GoHighLevel. Dijest Designs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kajabi, GoHighLevel or any other platform we mention. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
- You need your own active account and suitable plan on the relevant platform. These are not included in our prices.
- Platforms change their features, code and policies from time to time. We test templates on the platform as it is at the time of release, but we cannot guarantee that a platform will keep supporting every feature in the future. If a platform update breaks a template within 6 months of your purchase, tell us and we will try to provide a fix or an update.
- Your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy.
11.Intellectual property
All templates, designs, code, text, graphics, videos, course materials and other content we create remain the property of Dijest Designs (Pty) Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive only the licence described in these Terms.
The content you add to a template (your text, images, logo and branding) stays yours.
12.Warranties and liability
We promise that our products will match their descriptions and work as described on the platform they are built for, when installed as instructed. If they do not, the remedies in our refund policy apply, in addition to any rights you have by law.
To the extent the law allows:
- We do not guarantee any particular business result, such as sales, sign ups or conversion rates, from using our templates or products.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third party platforms, payment providers, hosting, outages, or changes you or others make to a template after delivery.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or opportunity.
- Our total liability to you for any claim about a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, or liability for gross negligence or fraud.
13.Using our website
- Please do not misuse our website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or copying content for resale.
- We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error free or uninterrupted.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
14.Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Please read our Privacy Policy to see what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
15.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly. If we cannot resolve it together, either of us may refer the matter to the relevant consumer body, ombud or court with jurisdiction in South Africa. This does not take away any right you have to bring a claim in your own country where the law gives you that right.
16.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the current one. The Terms that applied when you placed your order govern that order.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
